Terms and Conditions – Lunrfashion
Article 1 – Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: calendar day.

Ongoing transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the obligation to deliver is spread over time.

Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally, in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s ability to withdraw from the contract within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: a contract concluded via a system organized for distance selling.

Means of distance communication: any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same room.

Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Lunrfashion and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer. The conditions will be made available before the contract is concluded. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate where the terms can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
Article 4 – The Offer The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products or services provided. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding. The offer clearly outlines the rights and obligations involved, such as:
Article 5 – The Contract The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. If the consumer accepts electronically, Lunrfashion will promptly confirm receipt. Lunrfashion ensures secure electronic transactions and a safe web environment.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur in writing and return the product within 14 days.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal If the consumer uses their right of withdrawal, they bear the cost of returning the goods. Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days after the returned goods have been received.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made products

Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed

Time-specific services (e.g., lodging, leisure activities)
Article 9 – The Price Prices will not be increased during the offer period, except in case of legal changes. Price increases within three months after the contract was concluded are only allowed by law.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, specifications and legal requirements. Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. The warranty is void if the product is misused, damaged, or altered by the consumer.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution Lunrfashion will take the greatest care in executing product orders and deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In case of delay or inability to deliver, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the contract free of charge.
Article 12 – Ongoing Transactions For contracts of indefinite or fixed duration, notice periods of up to one month apply. Automatic renewal is only allowed under specific conditions.
Article 13 – Payment Payment must be made within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins. Errors in payment details must be reported immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved mutually, a dispute arises.
Article 15 – Disputes All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
